By purchasing  any related replay, digital product, or bundle, you acknowledge that:

You are receiving personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable access for your individual use only.

You will not share login details, download links, or files with others who have not purchased.

You will not copy, resell, redistribute, or present our materials as your own.

If we discover misuse or unauthorized sharing, we reserve the right to revoke your access without refund.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all content within our Offerings and on our website is owned by the Company or properly licensed. This includes, but is not limited to:

5. YOUR MATERIALS & CONTRIBUTIONS

If you submit comments, testimonials, reviews, screenshots, or any other content to us (including via email, social media, or chat during live sessions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or business purposes, unless you clearly state in writing that we may not.

6. PRODUCT REVIEWS & TESTIMONIALS

By submitting a testimonial or review, you confirm that:

It reflects your honest experience

You are not being paid by a competitor

You are not making false, misleading, or defamatory claims

We may edit minor grammatical errors for clarity, but we will not change the meaning of your words.

7. LIMITED LICENSE

Your purchase includes a limited license for personal use only. You are not purchasing ownership of the content or intellectual property.

You may:

Watch the replay(s) for your own use

Use the concepts in your own business

Print or save materials for your private reference

You may not:

Share digital files with others

Upload our materials to shared drives or paid communities

Teach our frameworks as your own proprietary methods

Create competing programs with our curriculum as the foundation

8. SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and access links. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our systems secure but cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted access.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate client agreement (for 1:1 services), information you share in group settings, chats, or comments is not confidential and may be visible to others.

9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By accessing our website and Offerings, you acknowledge that:

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or marketing results.

You are solely responsible for how you implement and apply the information.

10. EARNINGS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees of income, sales, or outcomes.

11. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS

Our masterclasses and replays are delivered through third-party platforms (such as Flodesk, Zoom, or video hosting). We are not responsible for:

Internet outages

Platform downtime

Issues on your device or browser

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure access. If there is a widespread technical failure on our end, we will communicate solutions via email.

12. NO REFUNDS / ALL SALES FINAL

Because our Offerings are digital products, live classes, and instant-access replays, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products, masterclass tickets, replays, or downloadable materials.

If you cannot attend live, you will receive access to the replay (when included with your purchase).

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of implementation, or unmet personal expectations.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

Provide proof of purchase, access logs, and these Terms to your financial institution, and

Revoke access to all current and future Offerings.

13. PAYMENT TERMS

By purchasing an Offering, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout.

You agree to:

Pay all charges incurred by your account

Cover any applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversions, where applicable

We reserve the right to change prices for future offerings at any time.
